If you are near Washington D.C. next week, join World Vision, who has partnered with the Washington Global Health Alliance for Global Health Week on the Hill. You can take part in the The Global Health Experience exhibit—a 47’ x 9’ global health display—transports visitors to Tanzania and India, through replica village displays and a 5 minute, mobile phone-guided tour of two key global health issues: malaria and the health of mothers and their babies. Visitors will learn how U.S. investments contribute to solutions and how sustained support will save lives in the U.S. and around the world.
The Washington Global Health Alliance and partners bring the Global Health Experience exhibit to Washington, D.C. for a two-day exhibition in the Rayburn Building Foyer, March 4 and 5, 2013. Along with the exhibit, Global Health Week on the Hill includes, briefings for Hill staffers, release of important new numbers in global health, and a reception.
