TrustLaw ranked the top five most dangerous countries to be a woman based on the input of 213 gender experts from five continents. The gender experts ranked countries by overall perceptions of danger as well as by six risks: health threats, sexual violence, non-sexual violence, cultural or religious factors, lack of access to resources and trafficking. Afghanistan: Strong Women, Strong World funds a project at the Herat regional hospital to reduce the danger of childbirth by training midwives.
In 2014 Strong Women, Strong World hopes to introduce a Justice and Protection project in India.
